Yes. The Reveller is made from water-resistant recycled crinkled nylon — it handles rain and light splashes without soaking through. It is not fully waterproof; sustained heavy rain will eventually penetrate. For the laptop, a sleeve inside is recommended in heavy downpour conditions.
