  • Delivery timelines given are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to external factors (logistics, weather, customs, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.



8. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product or approve the refund.
  • Returns: Customers may request returns for eligible Products within 5-7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • Defective / Incorrect Products: If you receive a Product that is defective or not as described, you must inform us within the return period. We will inspect and then offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind may be accepted at our discretion. Shipping charges (both ways) may not be refundable.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible or may incur restocking/shipping fees, as applicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
