How long does delivery take?
We deliver most orders within 3–4 working days. Sometimes it may take a little longer during holidays or big sales, but don’t worry, we’ll always send you updates to keep you informed (plus a handy tracking link so you know exactly where your order is)
What to do if a product is not delivered?

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
We’re not scamming you, relax! It could take up to 4-5 hours to receive your order confirmation. Sometimes these emails also end up in the spam folder. If you’ve already processed the payment and waited long enough, our Customer Care Team is happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

I have received damaged products. What can I do?

I have received incorrect products. What can I do?
Whoops! Our bad. While our products are awesome, our packing interns occasionally mix things up. Tell us your Order Number and the item you actually received, and we will ship the correct item right out.

Returns, Exchanges & Restocking
Can I exchange a product for a different colour or size?
Absolutely! We want you to have the perfect fit and shade. You can request exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure you haven't used the product (other than a quick try-on) and still have all its original tags and packaging. Get in touch, and we’ll gladly help you swap it for the version you really wanted.

How long does it take to get a refund?
We don't believe in making you wait. Once your return officially lands back in our warehouse, we process refunds within a tight 5–6 working days. After we've done our part, it's just a quick waiting game for your bank—they usually need a couple more days to reflect the funds in your account. The money is coming!

The exact time frame varies, but we aim to restock our most popular products as quickly as possible. If a style you love is showing as sold out, it's just temporarily resting before its return.
