& REFUNDS

Look, we know things happen. You’re human. We’re human. If you want to return your purchase for any reason, here is the short version of our rules. We made them simple so you can go back to living your life in 5 minutes or less.

1. The cost

Yes, you’re on a clock. Precisely, 7 days from the moment your order is delivered to initiate a return. One the window closes, the product is yours forever which honestly, good for you.

2. The clock.
The processing and logistics get a little chaotic for refunds, and we need help with it. A nominal fee of ₹129 + shipping charges will be applied for each item you return.

3. The rules.
Your returned goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition (zero exceptions).

Big, Bold, Unfiltered Rule
Items purchased during a clearance sale or with a limited-time discount are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Don't say we didn't warn you.

4. The oops.
Oh, shit. Did we screw it up? If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, tell us immediately. Contact our team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. The swap.
See golden rule above. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
A fixed exchange fee of ₹99 applies for each item swapped.
Once approved, your replacement will reach you within 5–7 working days.

6. The money.
Once your returned item hits our warehouse and is approved, we process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. Go check your account after that.
