Look — stuff happens. You're human, we're human. If something's not working out, here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work — for your bags, your jewelry, all of it.
Returns & exchange eligibility
• Return/Exchange Window : 5 days from delivery to start a return, 7 days to start an exchange. A flat Rs. 99 return/exchange fee applies per item.
• On us if we slipped up : got a damaged or wrong item? The fee's waived — we'll sort a free swap or a full refund.
Return conditions
• Whatever you send back has to be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Zero exceptions.
• Anything bought on clearance or with a limited-time discount can't be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
How to start a return or exchange

portal — a separate page where you enter your order details and we take it from there.

enter your order ID (it begins with #P) and the email or phone number on your
order, then follow the steps. Takes two minutes.

Refund timeline
• Jewelry: store credit (in form of gift card) only — issued within 5–7 business days after your piece reaches our warehouse. It's a credit note for
the full value, good for anything on the site, Valid for a year.
• Everything else: refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return reaches our warehouse.
